Placed an order late on a tuesday on the basis of price, promised speed of delivery and 5 star reviews. I wanted the doorknobs and pulls fairly quickly to update my kitchen for the new year. I logged into my account first thing on Saturday and was rather disappointed to see the order classed as IN PROGRESS with items dispatched showing as ZERO. I was absolutely delighted when an hour later the doorbell rang and there was a parcel containing my order, together with the delivery note hand annotated with the individual numbers of items dispatched, i.e. a checklist. JWL will not leave you disappointed! David Lewis

I would like to say that JWL are a great company to deal with. From the moment I picked up the phone, to placing my order and delivery. So helpful, knew exactly what I needed (I am clearly not expert in door fixtures!) and so efficient from the beginning. Dan was a pleasure to speak too and “no we can’t do that” wasn’t even in his vocabulary! I would definitely recommend them for all roundness service. Will no doubt post my handles once my doors are done! Thank you Dan Tina Patel

I would say that JWL are a very good company to deal with. I did phone up once pre-ordering online to get some advice regarding Zoo locks and Colin was very helpful and knowledgeable on the stock. I have no qualms about the products, price or service that I received which were all excellent. My only suggestion to JWL would be that they perhaps update the product photography or description to advise customers that Zoo branded ironmongery may potentially be received with parent company branding, in this case Vier. A small point, but for those looking for consistent branding on the doors, locks, latches, hinges etc this may make a difference otherwise it does not. This last point in no way alters my opinion - that I highly recommend JWL.
